Field Operations Expertise: With our own employees and those of our affiliate, we man and manage our own drilling rig, completion units, reverse units, trucking fleet and earth moving equipment. Our Operations Manager, Field Operations Manager, and Completion Foreman completely plan and oversee the preparation, drilling, completion and rework of our wells. These teams, together with our pumpers, also oversee the daily field operations of our wells and production.
Geological Expertise: Our geologists and geoscientists use state of the art computer systems to run the latest seismic, geologic and GIS software in their exploration and field development analysis and modeling. We have acquired and accumulated extensive amounts of conventional and digital map, geologic, well log and well record data. Additionally we own and/or have access to over 800 square miles of 3D seismic data. Administrative Expertise: With a CFO and Controller, both CPA’s, and a Production Office Manager, we have every aspect of managing the administrative and accounting duties of an active oil and gas operator covered. Using specialized oil and gas industry computer software, we handle all administrative and accounting functions in house, from preparing Division Orders, Revenue Distributions, Joint Interest Billings, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and general accounting. Our RRC Filing and Reporting Specialist, also using specialized computer software, prepares and files all our Railroad Commission Forms.
