We specialize in low risk development of PUD
(proved undeveloped) reserves while also drilling
high quality wildcat prospects. We have been
very successful in acquiring existing fields
and significantly increasing their production
by a combination of time tested methods. We
modernize and upgrade production and injection
equipment and facilities, repair mechanical
failures (holes in casing), step up maintenance
(replacing tubing, rods and pumps) and drill
new infield development wells.
While we generally concentrate in the area approximately within a 100 mile radius of Abilene, Texas, we have operated properties from deep East Texas horizontal Austin Chalk wells to conventional wells in New Mexico. We maintain strong relationships with area landowners. This reputation, together with our history of successful discoveries and rapid development allows us the opportunity to see the most deals in our area. Our geologists, engineers and professionals utilize state of the art computer hardware and seismic, geologic and GIS software in their exploration and field development analysis and modeling.We are an experienced player in 3D seismic with access to over 800 square miles of 3D seismic data for prospect identification and development. We have vast experience in operating both primary and secondary recovery projects. |
