Larry C. (Cliff) Smith,
President Upon leaving Angelo State University in 1980, Cliff began a life long career in the oil and gas business as a pipe salesman. In 1983 he founded the company that would grow into what is now SPA Pipe & Supply, LP dba Smith Pipe of Abilene and all of its affiliates. Since 1995, Cliff has drilled and completed, heads up, over 500 wells in the Eastern Shelf and Permian Basin. |

Marsha Hill, Production Office
Manager Marsha has 28 years experience working in the oil business. This experience was gained working for oilfield service companies, drilling contractors and operators. She is experienced and well qualified in all general administrative, accounting including revenue distributions and joint interest billings, permitting and billing. |

Robert W. (Butch) Cockrell,
CFO Mr. Cockrell joined the Company in 1999 and has acted as our chief financial officer since that time. Prior to joining the Company, he spent 26 years with various companies in the capacities of controller and chief financial officer. Robert holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is also a Certified Public Accountant. He has been with the Company for 10 years. |

Alan Davis, Controller Mr. Davis joined the Company in early 2007 as controller. Prior to joining the Company, he spent 29 years with various companies in the capacity of controller and chief financial officer with experience in public accounting, oil and gas, healthcare and construction. Alan holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

Field Operations Manager & Downhole Specialist Mr. Haddix joined the company in 1998 as the Field Operations Manager & Downhole Specialist. With 30 years experience in the field, on drilling rigs, reentry and completion rigs and consulting on fishing, tie backs and casing repair operations, Billy brings a vast depth of knowledge and experience in all phases of field operations to the company. |

Regina Walker, RRC Filings
and Reporting Specialist A 1975 graduate of Commercial College in Brownwood, Texas, Regina joined the Company in 2001 and has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry. She was an oil scout for Petroleum Information for 13 years and then began working directly for oil companies performing various accounting functions and regulatory filings. |

James Tarpley, Petroleum Engineer A 1961 graduate of Texas Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering, Jim joined the Company in 2006. He is a Registered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in Reservoir Engineering, Appraisal, and other aspects of Petroleum Engineering. Since 1982, Jim has been an independent Petroleum Engineering consultant. |

Michael R. Hill, Petroleum Geologist Graduated from the University of Texas in 1982 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology. More than 27 years experience working both full time and as a consulting exploration geologist for a number of exploration and production companies. Prior to joining LCS Production Company was employed for 7 years (2000-2007) as the Exploration Manager for Crawford Energy, Inc. in Houston, Texas. Responsible for recommending and developing exploration projects to management as well as overseeing a team of geologists. Areas of expertise include the Permian Basin, Delaware Basin, and the Gulf Coasts from Texas through Louisiana. Experienced in subsurface mapping, log correlation and interpretation, and geophysical interpretation. Proficient with Petra Geologic Mapping and Kingdom Seismic interpretation software. |

He has over 27 years experience as a petroleum geologist concentrating on west Texas and a significant amount of directional drilling experience from West Virginia to China. |
