LCS Production Company was organized in 1985 by Cliff Smith to be the Operating Company for his oil and gas production. At this time, our affiliates SPA Petco, LP, SPA Production, LP and a myriad of other SPA Limited Partnerships own all the oil and gas production now operated by LCS Production Company. LCS Production Company does not operate any non affiliated oil and gas properties.

Goal of LCS
Our goal at LCS Production Company is the rapid and maximum development of oil and gas reserves on the properties we operate.

In connection with our goal, we develop and maintain a very cooperative relationship with the landowners of our projects.
